Vinod Surana elected to Managing Committee of AIMO
The All India Manufacturers’ Organization – Tamil Nadu Board has elected Dr Vinod Surana, managing partner of IBLC's South India member Surana and Surana, to its Managing Committee.
The All India Manufacturers’ Organization (AIMO) – Tamil Nadu Board has elected Dr Vinod Surana, managing partner of IBLC's South India member Surana and Surana, to its Managing Committee for 2015/16.
It will be Dr. Surana’s endeavour to project the voice and importance of the Indian manufacturing sector and its vital role in the socio-economic development of the nation and to convince the government to create a investor friendly – manufacturing enabling environment in the country.
AIMO was founded by Bharat Ratna Sir. M. Visvesvaraya over 62 years ago. The organization has established itself as a body committed to Industrial progress with the motto "Prosperity through Industry". AIMO is recognized by the Government of India as an apex industry body and given representation on most of the policy making bodies of the Central and State Governments. The Tamil Nadu State Board continues to be represented on number of State Government / Quasi Government Bodies.
