HJM's two new lawyers bring significant experience and deep language skills.
Justin Ter graduated from University of The West of England, Bristol, U.K. with an LL.B. degree. Before joining HJM, he practiced civil litigation in one of the leading legal firms in Malaysia. Justin has extensive experience in banking and commercial disputes and corporate insolvency matters. In addition, Justin also advises multinational companies on doing business in China and Malaysia. He speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, Malaysian and Indonesian. Justin joined HJM on April 1st, 2010.
Jane Jiang graduated from Beijing University. Jane has more than ten years of legal experience acting as in-house lawyer for foreign companies set up in China. Jane is fluent in English and Chinese and advise clients on their commercial and corporate matters. Jane joined HJM on May 1st, 2010.
