Brecher LLP has launched a new Employment practice, led by partner Kevin McCavish, strengthening its support for UK and international clients with expert, partner-led legal advice.

We offer a bespoke and personal service tailored to our clients’ needs, achieved through partner-led engagement and close collaboration with senior stakeholders to understand the issues our clients are facing.

Employment
Brecher’s Employment practice, led by Kevin McCavish, advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
- Ensuring that contractual and policy documentation is fit for purpose;
- Providing strategic and pragmatic advice to senior members of the business;
- Supporting a range of employment law processes, including collective and non-collective consultation issues;
- Assisting with employment tribunal claims and other litigious matters;
- Delivering training (in person or online) focused on upskilling and real-life scenarios; and
- Advising on matters arising out of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006.
Kevin is known for his pragmatic, solutions-driven approach and deep understanding of the financial and professional services sectors.
